White Witch: The Guild of Knowledge
It appeared Fiore was going through some pretty major changes. The queen had been slain; Raven wasn't a complete supporter of Hisui but at least she was better than the current leadership. Kemuri, the former chairman of the Magic Council was now on the throne. The enchantress had a feeling there would be consequences for the mage guilds, as the new king was always against their existence. This was an issue, the female had just formed her own guild.
Maybe it was a good thing it was within the back room of her book store. The hidden compartment within the shelves themselves. Celica had really done a great job in assisting with the work in the guild area, she even ordered all the necessary food and drink in a discrete way.
So, while Fiore suffers, Raven herself could form a neutral guild in secret, assisting the people while being disguised as a simple bookstore owner.
How to Join

With the turmoil still rampant within Fiore, White Witch is a neutral guild hidden within the guild master Raven's book store. To join, one must do a solo of them going to the shop which shares its name with the guild. A resume (an extended bio, can be Twitlonger, Bio.be, Carrd, or any other form of posted document) must be presented to Raven if one wishes to be considered for the guild, as guild members are also employees of the book store. Note that free passes will be given out during some occasions.
Rules
1. No drama. Seriously, we're mostly adults here, save the drama for TV.
2. No bullying. Sure, everyone has a character that is confident in their abilities that hurls insults at nearly everyone they meet, and that is fine to a point. BUT, no taking things too far.
3. No godmodding. Keep things fair, your actions effect the guild as a whole.
4. Keep smut to the DMs. Nobody wants to see that crap. Violators will be removed from the guild.
5. If you'll be gone for an extended period of time, please notify Raven of the absence. If you are unable, you will still be in the guild, however your account will be moved to a separate list, as to keep everything organized
